PLUMBING

Chris came by to fix a drainage problem and to take a look at our hot water heater.  The hot water heater we had was old and not in good working condition.  He suggested that we get a new one he gave me an estimate I approved and Chris immediately went to work and replace our hot water heater. Everything was fine until another tenant called with a drainage problem in her kitchen this time it was an overnight job.  I called Chris in the middle of the night and he was there on a Saturday around 9:30 am.  Then another issue in a different unit occurred again while he was still fixing the clogged kitchen sink he went to work on that unit as well. Chris was extremely polite.  Customer service is what Chris has, professionalism is something he has as well. I will use Rocket Plumbing all over again and highly recommend them.
